These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Vril Src, VrilEngine, Vrilsoft APIs, websites, applications, search services, indexing systems, account services, paid offerings, and related products (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Services immediately.

1. Definitions

For purposes of these Terms:

• "Vril Src" means the public search platform operated by Vrilsoft.
• "VrilEngine" means the crawling, indexing, ranking, caching, intelligence, retrieval, and search infrastructure operated by Vrilsoft.
• "Vrilsoft", "we", "us", and "our" refer to the operator of the Services.
• "User" means any individual, organization, or entity accessing the Services.
• "Content" means any text, media, code, metadata, web pages, documents, software, or information accessible through the Services.
• "Indexed Content" means third-party content discovered, crawled, cached, processed, or referenced by VrilEngine.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into binding agreements under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

If you use the Services on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent that you possess authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Service Description

Vril Src provides search functionality designed to discover, retrieve, classify, rank, summarize, and present publicly available information indexed by VrilEngine.

Search rankings, trust scores, quality signals, relevance metrics, moderation decisions, AI summaries, and classification systems are generated through proprietary methods and may change at any time without notice.

Vrilsoft does not guarantee completeness, accuracy, neutrality, availability, freshness, or suitability of search results.

4. Accounts

Certain features require a registered account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate account information.
• Maintain the security of your credentials.
• Notify us promptly of unauthorized account access.
• Accept responsibility for activity occurring under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts at our sole discretion where abuse, fraud, unlawful activity, or violations of these Terms are suspected.

5. Search History and Personalization

Vril Src may store search history, search preferences, saved searches, account settings, bookmarks, and personalization data.

Such information may be used to improve search quality, personalize experiences, detect abuse, diagnose technical issues, and enhance Service functionality.

6. Paid Services and Billing

Certain Services may require payment, subscription fees, usage-based fees, API billing, or premium account plans.

By purchasing a paid Service, you authorize Vrilsoft or its payment providers to charge applicable fees and taxes.

• Subscriptions automatically renew.
• Fees are non-refundable.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension.

7. APIs and Developer Access

Access to APIs may be subject to separate usage limits, rate limits, authentication requirements, quotas, billing arrangements, and developer policies.

You may not:

• Bypass API limits.
• Share API credentials.
• Resell API access without authorization.
• Use APIs to replicate competing search services.
• Abuse infrastructure through excessive requests.

8. Crawling, Indexing, and Cached Content

VrilEngine may crawl publicly accessible internet resources using automated systems.

VrilEngine may:

• Index web pages.
• Store metadata.
• Generate snippets.
• Create cached representations.
• Generate AI-assisted summaries.
• Analyze content quality and trust signals.

Website operators may request review of indexed content; however, Vrilsoft is not obligated to remove, suppress, alter, or de-index content.

9. User Submitted URLs

Users may submit URLs, websites, feeds, sitemaps, or resources for crawling and indexing consideration.

Submission does not guarantee indexing, ranking, visibility, inclusion, retention, or discovery.

10. AI Generated Summaries

Certain Services may provide AI-generated summaries, excerpts, classifications, recommendations, analyses, or explanations.

AI-generated outputs are probabilistic and may contain inaccuracies, omissions, hallucinations, bias, or outdated information.

AI outputs are provided solely for informational convenience and should not be relied upon as professional advice.

11. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law.
• Facilitate fraud or deception.
• Distribute malware.
• Conduct denial-of-service attacks.
• Harvest user information.
• Attempt unauthorized access.
• Interfere with Service availability.
• Circumvent security controls.
• Submit malicious URLs.
• Manipulate search rankings.
• Abuse crawling systems.
• Engage in spam activity.
• Facilitate harassment or unlawful conduct.

12. Search Ranking and Moderation

Search rankings are generated algorithmically using proprietary signals.

We reserve the right to:

• Modify ranking methodologies.
• Apply penalties.
• Suppress content.
• Filter content categories.
• Restrict harmful material.
• Remove abusive submissions.

Rankings do not imply endorsement, verification, trustworthiness, or approval.

13. Intellectual Property

Vrilsoft retains all rights, title, and interest in the Services, software, infrastructure, databases, indexes, algorithms, branding, trademarks, logos, documentation, and intellectual property.

No rights are granted except those expressly provided under these Terms.

14. Copyright and Takedown Requests

Rights holders may submit copyright complaints regarding indexed content.

Vrilsoft may investigate complaints and may remove, suppress, or retain content at its discretion.

False or abusive takedown requests may be rejected.

15. Security Research

Unauthorized security testing, vulnerability scanning, reverse engineering, penetration testing, or exploitation attempts are prohibited.

Responsible disclosures may be submitted through approved channels.

16. Third-Party Content

Search results frequently reference third-party resources.

Vrilsoft does not control or endorse third-party content and is not responsible for its availability, legality, accuracy, or safety.

17. Privacy

Use of the Services may result in collection of technical, operational, security, account, and search-related information.

Processing of such information is governed by the Privacy Policy.

18. Availability

The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

We may modify, suspend, discontinue, replace, or restrict functionality at any time without notice.

No uptime guarantee is provided unless expressly stated in a separate agreement.

19. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vrilsoft disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, accurate, complete, or reliable.

20. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vrilsoft shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages.

Total liability shall not exceed the greater of:

• €100 EUR; or
• The amount paid by the user during the preceding twelve months.

21. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Vrilsoft, its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and partners from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Services.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your infringement of third-party rights.
• Your unlawful conduct.

22. Force Majeure

Vrilsoft shall not be liable for failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, civil unrest, labor disputes, cyberattacks, internet failures, infrastructure outages, governmental actions, or acts of God.

23. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Ireland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

24. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.

25. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

26. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any referenced policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and Vrilsoft regarding the Services.

27. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the Services following publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revisions.
